Ganira specializes in cost efficient contact center & telemarketing operations by leveraging a network of established and trusted nearshore partners in Portugal, Croatia, Kosovo, Moldavia, Marocco, Tunisia, Ukraine and Turkey. Our core skills are performance coaching and quality assurance to enable our clients to seamlessly scale their sales operations.

Our 200 employees are from 23 nationalities and speak 24 languages although we operate only in 6 languages: German, French, English, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish.
Partnership & projects
Our 14 partnership with nearshore centers, start-up and even universities create a natural innovative digital ecosystem to support our clients. We haven’t say «no» yet to a new partnership whatever it is for a new business, project or for research.
